Hey, we are innovation natives!
Hey, we are innovation natives!
We develop digital products and services with real added value – for society, administration, mobility and education. As an interdisciplinary team from design, research and technology, we create projects that make an impact. Together with our customers, we work on sustainable solutions that put users at the center.
To strengthen our design team, we are now looking for a UX/UI Designer who thinks equally about exploration, conception and visual design – from the idea on the white sheet to implementation in the design system.
Your mission π
π Exploration & UX conception (Problem Mapper)
- Together with our UX researchers, you analyze user needs, contextual requirements and systemic relationships. (Personas, Pains, Needs)
- Based on these findings, you develop well-founded hypotheses, user flows, blueprints and journey maps with research and product management.
- You design wireframes, initial prototypes (low/mid-fi) and advance concepts in a structured manner.
β UI design & implementation
- You translate concepts into appealing and accessible interfaces – user-centered and visually sophisticated.
- You work confidently in Figma and with existing design systems – or help develop new components.
- You support the handover to development and assist with quality assurance (e.g. using UX QA or click dummies).
- With user insights and best practices, you take concepts further – iteratively & creatively
What you bring with you π―

- Knowledge of working with interdisciplinary teams – especially with UX research and development.
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and actively contribute your own ideas to the team.
